DISTINCTIVES
Cultural Relevance: We are dedicated to supporting Black entrepreneurs with culturally relevant coaching and resources, ensuring our approach resonates with their unique experiences and challenges.
Contextual Understanding: Our deep understanding of the Black entrepreneurial context allows us to tailor strategies that address specific needs and barriers.
Conditional Awareness: We recognize and address the social and historical conditions that impact Black entrepreneurs, such as historical disinvestment, emphasizing the importance of targeted investment and support.
Communal Support: We foster a strong sense of community among participants, providing a supportive network of peers who share similar experiences and understand the unique challenges faced by Black entrepreneurs.
Christian Values: Our program operates from a Christian perspective, emphasizing biblical ethics and fair and equitable treatment for all individuals. While we integrate our faith into our approach, participation is open to individuals of all backgrounds.
PROGRAM GOALS
Develop and grow early-stage founders through our support resources and programming. As a result, these founders will be part of a connected community and will have financial and operational sustainability and, if applicable, investment readiness.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
