Entrenuity exists to provide pathways of success for Black and Brown founders by connecting them with coaching, resources, and capital opportunities. This new program takes all of our offerings and builds them into one powerful program.

Target Participant
Black and Brown founders in Chicago from a diverse group of industries (Hospitality, Finance, Tech, Construction, Food, and Manufacturing, non-profit/social enterprise).
Founders should be early-stage, post-ideation, with high-growth potential.
Program Goals
Develop and grow early-stage founders through our support resources and programming. As a result, these founders will be part of a connected community and will have financial and operational sustainability and, if applicable, investment readiness.

- Requires 3 references, access to 1-3 years of financials, certificate of good standing with the state of Illinois, and a background check.

Requirements
What do we require from participants in order to complete the program?
- Commit to participate for duration of cohort
- Monthly reporting on individual progress and quarterly performance reviews
- Meet twice monthly with coach
- Attend 6-week Plan to Launch virtual course (once a week for 2 hours), if needed
- Participation in tailored training activities: social media, marketing, technology, sales, finance, public relations, leadership
- Volunteer in Mox.E community events and projects
