Angelique Warner, founder of GoGoVie Premium Baby Carrier, presents “OMG Babywearing Can Optimize Your Time” at the International Baby Wearing Conference in Des Moines, Iowa.
GoGoVie has been on an upward trajectory since the What To Expect Mothers of Invention video released in March. 50 GoGoVie Premium Baby Carriers were initially manufactured. All inventory was sold by May between online and Amazon sales.
GoGoVie Founder, Angelique Warner, made a trip to Wisconsin to visit the manufacturer and set clear expectations for growth and production as well as to get product for the International Babywearing Conference in July.
The conference was a huge success for GoGoVie in terms of target market engagement, sales, and a speaking opportunity. 80% of the inventory sold and the remaining 20% was sold within days of returning from the conference.
IBC was primarily attended by Certified Babywearing Consultants, Registered Nurses, and Lactation Consultants, all of whom loved GoGoVie for its innovative unisex design and 7 carry positions; namely the Cradle position for proper breastfeeding positioning especially for babies with medical needs. Those whose clients have limited mobility were especially interested in the vest style back GoGoVie features with all easy front adjustments.
GoGoVie will also be featured at a summer pop up shop in Indiana August 12th and again at the JPMA Chicago Baby Show at Navy Pier August 25th and 26th.
