University of Iowa aspiring entrepreneurs visit Hawkeye alum and get tips on the entrepreneurial journey.
The University of Iowa’s John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center (Iowa JPEC) is committed to being a national leader in teaching and supporting innovation and entrepreneurial development. That’s why they’ve created a unique, cross-campus program through partnerships with their Colleges of Business, Engineering, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Medicine.
The Iowa JPEC’s campus-wide approach allows them to reach any University of Iowa (UI) student, no matter their field of study, through nationally ranked academic programs and real-world learning opportunities.
As an UI Alumni and devoted Hawkeye fan, Brian Jenkins was pleased to welcome students and faculty from Iowa JPEC to Entrenuity, share with them his journey as an entrepreneur, and give them each a copy of StartingUp Now: 24 Steps to Launch Your Own Business. Fellow Hawkeye Alum and Entrenuity Associates through Goodcity Chicago, Duane Wilson and Mindi Knebel, also shared their entrepreneurial journeys, along with tips and advice for the up and coming Hawkeye entrepreneurs.
